On December 11, 2026 at La Cigale, Java meets Winston McAnuff again and reignites the Paris–Kingston connection. Twenty years after the Paris Rockin' tour, R.Wan and Winston share the mic: a spoken‑sung delivery, roots reggae infused with soul, and wordplay at the ready. Fixi handles the accordion and keyboards, Alexis Bossard is on drums, and Tom Fire takes care of the bass and electronics. On stage, Java's musette-rap crosses paths with McAnuff's Jamaican groove, with detours into chanson, funk, dub and rock. Java brings his cheeky, streetwise banter and sidewalk tales; Winston blends fervor and swing drawn from gospel and soul. Together they unfold an urban soundtrack, with choruses to sing along to and tight, driving rhythms.
