At the Zénith in Saint-Étienne on October 16, 2027, Nino Arial presents Pas comme eux, a stand-up show that draws its energy from the audience. On stage, he gets the room talking, turns suggestions into improvisations, and weaves a thread between his written material and what’s happening here and now. Initially propelled by his online videos, he built his audience step by step before taking his comedy to larger stages. In Pas comme eux, he tells the story of his journey and his offbeat moments, and plays with the conventions of the venue so that each date has its own colour. Between scripted punchlines and spontaneous reactions, the show evolves in step with the exchanges. After a first run of venues, Nino is setting off on a second Zénith tour and stops in Saint-Étienne for a full-scale edition. Here, closeness with the audience is not a pretext: it is the very substance of the show, the thing that allows him to start afresh at every encounter.
