On April 16, 2026, the Food Market 100% Spicy returns to Boulevard de Belleville in Paris. This edition focuses on chili — from mild nuances to bolder sensations — designed for those who like to test their tolerance.

The Hot in Here collective leads the way with a spice bar and a spicy roulette to put taste buds to the test. On the drinks front, Gallia Paris introduces two piquant recipes, Pimientita and Pimenti-Tres, which blend chilies, fruits and a touch of mezcal. WeRoad turns up the heat with a hot sauce competition aimed at brave palates.

At the stalls, every kitchen serves its hot take: Hot Ones-style wings at Bang Bang, reimagined paninis at Pezzopane, spiced-up sandwiches from Rôtisserie Segar, a spicy burger at Pas Cher, rougail sausages at Oté, bagels at Munch and mafé at BMK.
