Pablo Mira cherche encore le titre de son spectacle

Pablo Mira presents his third show — for which he is still searching for a title — on 13 May 2027 at the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille. On the programme: a very personal inventory of the people and little habits that, in his view, make the country unbearable. He gets things off his chest about those everyday details that annoy him enough to send him to an overpriced therapist, before stepping back to look at the larger social trends that elude him, whether high-IQ (HPI) or not, and that test his self-control. He then shifts into a more intimate register to recount how he manages, almost methodically, to make his life more complicated day to day. Spoiler: neuroses will be part of the story.

You can see the mechanism he has honed between stage and columns: blunt irony, assuredness and controlled misdirection. Inherited from his taste for satire, his writing privileges observation, blind spots and a deliberately assumed bad faith, yielding a stand-up that talks about today’s irritations without frills. So, no title yet, but a clear heading: to explore our era through tics, quirks and moods, using himself as the guinea pig.
