Lulu Santos

For the first time in Barcelona, Lulu Santos arrives at Sala Apolo on May 26, 2026, with a repertoire spanning half a century of songs. A guitarist, singer and songwriter born in Rio, he has been a central figure in Brazilian pop since the 1980s, when his blend of pop rock, funk and MPB took shape with Tempos Modernos and continued to grow on albums such as O Ritmo do Momento, Tudo Azul and Assim Caminha a Humanidade. In concert he works with arrangements driven by an electronic pulse, guitars at the forefront and lyrics that turn to relationships and urban life.

With millions of records sold and the Latin Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024, Santos maintains an intense pace on stage. His most recent tour, Barítono, drew more than two million people across 109 concerts in Brazil and the United States. In Barcelona he will present a selection of classics and recent chapters of his career, with a full band, his baritone voice front and center and that balance of melody, groove and synthesizers that defined his sound. An encounter with a repertoire that spans generations and that becomes more powerful and intimate live.
