Jimmy Sax

Jimmy Sax returns with Toi & Moi, a format crafted to be as close to the audience as possible. The French saxophonist refocuses his playing on the moment, listening and improvisation, letting his saxophone converse with electronic textures, melodic beats and more acoustic touches. Here there is no theatrical excess: a tight, organic set that moves between electronic, pop, funk and soul, prioritizing pulse, memorable themes and solos that unfold without a safety net.

Trained on the saxophone and a multi-instrumentalist, nourished by melodic house and deep house, Jimmy Sax has built his musical language on interaction and movement. Toi & Moi is its most direct version: a face-to-face with the audience, danceable passages, breaths, held build-ups and releases, all to let the music live in real time.

In Paris he will present this project at the Folies Bergère on January 29, 2027 — a date when each piece can veer off, stretch out or reinvent itself, carried by the energy of the live performance and the ongoing connection between stage and audience.
