Elmer Food Beat

Elmer Food Beat celebrates its 40th anniversary and is gearing up for a full reboot in 2026. Born in 1986 near Piriac and now based in Nantes, the band has forged a direct, no‑nonsense rock sound, with catchy hooks and an unapologetic sense of humour. On stage, led by Manou, they play tight and straight, with the energy that built their reputation.

For this anniversary Re-Tour, 30 cm (1990) will be played in its entirety—a way of also marking its 36th anniversary—before they run through the rest of their repertoire. The set will feature the songs that bring people together, from “Daniela” to “Le plastique c’est fantastique,” via “La caissière de chez Leclerc,” along with other tracks that have punctuated their career.

See you on 7 November 2026 at the Complexe Culturel Oésia in Notre-Dame-d’Oé. The concert is conceived as a journey through their history, between punchy riffs, razor‑sharp choruses and the wry sense of derision that has followed them since the start.
