Goldmen - Concert Best of Goldman

On January 14, 2028 at the Reims Arena in Reims, Goldmen returns with a Best Of concert dedicated to the repertoire of Jean-Jacques Goldman. This tribute brings together seven musicians who perform the major songs in their original keys, covering his solo years as well as the Fredericks Goldman Jones period. On the program are staples such as Quand la musique est bonne, Je te donne, Un, deux, trois, Né en 17 à Leidenstadt and À nos actes manqués, connecting memories to refrains we all know by heart.

On vocals, Alain Stevez brings a tone that recalls Goldman’s, while Sabrina Belmo takes on Carole Fredericks’ parts with a solid presence and carefully crafted harmonies. Guitars, keyboards and the rhythm section honor the arrangements that made the originals so powerful, privileging live energy and collective singing. The idea is to recover the poetry of the lyrics, the direct, no-nonsense melodies and the songwriting that marked several generations, without detours or artifices. A set conceived to dive back into a body of work that helped shape French pop, on stage, here and now.
