Edwin Evers Band

On 23 May 2026 the Edwin Evers Band will play at Caprera in Bloemendaal. Around drummer and radio personality Edwin Evers, a large live ensemble emerged in the early 2000s that made a name for itself in the Netherlands with a broad pop and rock repertoire. The band features multiple vocalists, a solid rhythm section and a horn section; together they put their own spin on classics from pop, rock, soul and funk from the 1970s to the present, with arrangements designed for the stage.

What began as an extension of Evers’ radio work grew into a regular presence on club stages, in theaters and at open-air festivals across the country. The ensemble frequently explores themed shows and special programs and can be seen in TV recordings and concert films. Live performances focus on interplay, multi-part vocals and the joy of a large band that plays tightly and as one.
