On 11 October 2026 at Patronaat in Haarlem, a double bill from Germany takes the stage: The Narrator and ACCVSED.
The Narrator is a German metalcore band that balances heaviness and melody in equal measure. Tight riffs, fierce breaks and precise tempo changes support vocals that range from raw screams to more sustained lines. The band explores the tension between roughness and catchy motifs, using those contrasts to keep songs compact and direct, with an energy that translates well to the live pit.
ACCVSED hail from Wiesbaden and forge a tense metalcore sound with influences from modern metal and post-hardcore. Their lyrics explore themes such as trauma, anxiety and vulnerability; musically they blend heavy riffs, clear breakdowns and passages that leave room for melody. The first EP, House of Doubt (2023), set the tone, followed by singles like Day of the Locust, Avoider and Never Enough, and in 2025 the EP Don’t Let Me Fall Apart and the album Dealers of Doom. On stage, ACCVSED convert that charged atmosphere into tight dynamics and a constant undercurrent of tension.
