The Fray bring their Summer of Light Tour to Ottawa on May 16, 2026, at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa. Formed in Denver in the early 2000s, the band built its sound on piano-forward melodies, clean guitar lines and tight harmonies, with lyrics that navigate relationships and doubt. Centered at the outset around singer-pianist Isaac Slade and guitarist Joe King, The Fray broke through with the 2005 album How to Save a Life, carried by the singles Over My Head (Cable Car) and How to Save a Life, widely heard through US TV series.
