In Reims, at the K - Kabaret, on January 23, 2027, David Castello-Lopes presents “Délicieux.” A journalist and columnist, he pursues his taste for investigative work applied to the stage by tackling a seemingly simple question: what gives us pleasure? He almost called the show “Pleasure,” then renamed it “Délicieux,” a deliberately chosen title for a family-oriented event.

In one hour and fifteen minutes, he maps our concrete joys and our grey areas: a sip of Chasselas by a lake in spring, the satisfaction of a promotion, the little thrill of correcting the pronunciation of “Étivaz,” and more ambiguous pleasures, such as the disappearance of someone one did not like.
