Fit For A King brings the Lonely God North American Tour to Midway Music Hall in Edmonton on May 6, 2026. Formed in 2007 in Tyler, Texas, the band shapes a metalcore built on the push-pull of harsh and clean vocals, dense riffing and heavy breakdowns. Across albums from Creation/Destruction to The Hell We Create, they explore themes of faith, inner conflict and personal trauma with a sound that swings between weight and melody.
Invent Animate taps a progressive edge: syncopated riffs, technical structures and wide atmospheric layers, shifting between screams and melodic passages. With Swedish vocalist Marcus Vik since 2019, the Texas outfit refined its approach on Greyview and Heavener, balancing precision with space.
French unit ten56., led by former Betraying The Martyrs singer Aaron Matts, works a slower, heavy strain of deathcore with nu metal and industrial textures. Massive guitars, jagged rhythms and spoken or rap-like phrasing shape a dark, electronic-tinged palette built across a run of singles and EPs.
