I Muvrini

I Muvrini will perform at Le Zephyr in Hem on November 5, 2026. Formed around brothers Jean-François and Alain Bernardini, the group built its identity on Corsican polyphony and lyrics in which the island's language intersects with French. They arrive with NULU 33 (“Cloud 33”), eleven tracks that extend this vocal signature and open it to other horizons.

In this new repertoire, Corsican blues meets a Portuguese guitar, African choirs led by César Anot, echoes of fado, a more urban feel, the soprano voice of Kelly Poukens and children's choirs. A weave of timbres and rhythms in service of the voices, which remain the group's center of gravity.

On stage, I Muvrini blends these songs with milestone pieces from their journey, between heritage and the present. The lineup, refocused around the Bernardinis, highlights the polyphonies, the guitars and restrained arrangements. At Le Zephyr, the Corsican group presents NULU 33 and a Mediterranean passage that speaks of transmission and of what connects us.
