Info
On June 10, 2026, Spite hits Théâtre Beanfield in Montréal. Active since 2014 and led by vocalist Darius Tehrani, the Bay Area crew shapes a deathcore built on dense layers, staccato riffs and breakdowns that snap hard. After early statements with the self-titled EP and Misery, the band defined its frame on Nothing Is Beautiful, sharpened contrasts on The Root of All Evil, then tightened structures on Dedication to Flesh. The result is a sound that bridges modern death metal weight, hardcore energy and a pinch of nu metal grit.
Also on the night, Emmure brings a Queens-based take on metalcore, mixing deathcore edges and nu metal swing around the voice of Frankie Palmeri. Since 2003, the project has leaned into repetitive, dissonant riffing and a cadence close to hip-hop, built for relentless grooves and breakdown-centric forms. A catalog that runs from Goodbye to the Gallows and The Respect Issue to Felony, Speaker of the Dead and Eternal Enemies paved the way for a turn toward electronic shades on Look at Yourself, followed by Hindsight. Two heavy currents meeting at Théâtre Beanfield, Montréal.
