Anne Roumanoff returns with a show that takes a direct look at our times. She examines what fills our days and sleepless nights: the obsession with personal development, romantic relationships under pressure, social media that speed everything up, and international news that unsettles us. The comedian turns these themes into everyday sketches—vivid portraits, frank confessions, and observations that point out our contradictions. She has fun with verbal tics, wellness imperatives, office life, blended families, and our need to slow down in an always-connected world. On stage she alternates between characters and more personal moments, establishes a clear throughline, and leaves room for the small truths that resonate. Without preaching, she invites us to take a step back to better look at what overwhelms us—and to laugh about it.
