Monster Florence

Monster Florence have blurred the boundaries between genres since their beginnings, mixing hip-hop, punk and whatever else they find relevant to shape a distinctive signature. The six-piece from Colchester asserted their identity with Master System, an album of sharp lyrics and a dark, cinematic atmosphere that scrutinises the tensions of the digital age. After two UK tours and an initial European tour, they return with Petty Cash, an EP that pushes their hybrid approach further. Petty Cash captures the vertigo of immediate pleasures and the backlash that follows, navigates the highs and lows of excess, the nights that all start to look the same, the fleeting moments and the echoes they leave behind. Raw beats, nervous guitars, multi‑voiced flows: the blend tightens and gains depth and definition. Monster Florence will be at Le Hasard Ludique in Paris on 7 March 2026 to present this new phase, performing recent tracks alongside standout songs.
