JYEUHAIR

JYEUHAIR writes, sings and raps, composes his instrumentals and directs his own music videos. His journey between French Guiana, Madagascar, Marseille, Djibouti and Normandy feeds a sonic identity that sits between pop, rap, electronic and afrobeat. He blends warm rhythms, pared‑back synth pads and supple melodies, alternating singing with a clipped, dry flow, to deliver lyrics about exile, family, ambition and the grey areas of everyday life. Discovered by a wider audience through season 3 of the series Nouvelle École, he released his debut album, MYLNUI, in November 2024, where he sharpens this genre mix and his DIY approach, from the studio to the visuals. On tour, he will stop in Évreux on 21 March 2026 at KUBB - Salle de concert (Le Tangram). This date extends his stage exploration, between introspective songs and tracks designed for collective uplift, with a way of shifting moods without losing the thread, from an edgy banger to a more airy piece.
