Haroun returns with Bonjour quand même, a new chapter that continues his way of capturing the times through its blind spots. After five solo shows, the French comedian cultivates a measured stand-up: lines that sting and a perspective that runs counter without raising his voice. Between current affairs and everyday scenes, he shifts the point of view, plays with silences, slips the gag where it’s least expected, and lets topics breathe rather than stringing them together. Precise writing, logical detours that end in the absurd, an eye for detail: he turns an idea over, exposes its mechanism, and moves at an unhurried pace, with that grain of irony that defines him.
