Viktor Vincent, a French mentalist, explores the boundary between psychology, intuition and illusion. On stage, he constructs collective experiences that probe our choices, our memory and what we truly perceive. Drawing on words offered by the audience, borrowed objects or decisions made by a show of hands, he strings together precisely timed sequences in which close reading of behaviour, coincidences and storytelling intersect. The auditorium becomes his field of exploration: some spectators come up on stage, others participate from their seats, and each demonstration unfolds like a thread being pulled, without unnecessary artifice. With restrained staging and a precise tempo, his mentalism foregrounds the human, the detail and attention to the present moment. On April 23, 2026, Viktor Vincent takes over the Kursaal in Besançon for a show that puts perception to the test and gently unsettles our certainties.
