Métal progressif hard rock Sons Of Apollo n'est autre qu'un All Stars Band dont les membres sont tous issus de groupes particulièrement connus. Nous retrouvons donc Jeff Scott Soto au chant (Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Talisman, ex-Journey, ex-Yngwie Malmsteen, ex-Axel Rudi Pell), Ron Bumblefoot Thal à la guitare (Art of Anarchy, ex-Guns N' Roses), Billy Sheehan à la basse (The Winery Dogs, Mr. Big, ex-David Lee Roth) et Mike Portnoy à la batterie (The Winery Dogs, Transatlantic, Flying Colors, Neal Morse Band, ex-Dream Theater, ex-Adrenaline Mob, ex-Avenged Sevenfold).
