Info
Jean-Michel Jarre returns to the stage with the 'Oxygene & Beyond Tour,' and on September 21, 2027 he will perform at the Spodek Arena in Katowice. This is a concert built around his distinctive language: long instrumental forms based on synthesizer textures, repetitions, and motifs that gradually rise and draw you into their rhythm.
The starting point is Oxygène, a breakthrough album from 1976, but Jarre does not stop at nostalgia. In this material you can also hear the continuation of his story: floating, spatial textures known from Équinoxe, pulsating sequences from the era of Les Chants Magnétiques, and a later approach to sound in which electronics can be at once minimalist and cinematic. If you associate him with grand spectacles that fuse sound with image and light, Katowice will get exactly that kind of experience: music played as a journey, from the first drone to the final, powerful finale.
