Info
On March 3, 2027, PCL brings Django Django to Saint Luke’s & The Winged Ox in Glasgow for a night built around the band’s shape-shifting mix of art-rock, indie, electronics, and psychedelic pop. Formed in London by four friends who met at Edinburgh College of Art, the group has always played with contrasts: tight vocal harmonies against dry, sometimes distorted guitars, repetitive grooves that lock in like a loop, and synthetic textures that keep slipping into the frame.
On stage, that balance turns their catalog into something physical and fluid, from the early rush of their self-titled era through the sharper edges of Born Under Saturn and the widescreen shine of Marble Skies. More recent material pushes further into collaboration and rhythm, with a sound that leans into groove without losing the band’s trippy instincts. Expect a set that moves fast between punchy, danceable pulses and spaced-out hooks, with the four-piece’s chemistry doing the heavy lifting.
