Info
On March 26, 2027, Lizzy McAlpine will perform at AFAS Live in Amsterdam with her warm, intimate songwriter-pop that sits somewhere between folk, indie, and a subtle R&B-jazz flow. She first broke through with self-written songs and covers online, and that direct, almost confessional tone remains in her live approach: subtle in emotion, sharp in detail.
After the acoustic Give Me a Minute (2020), she shifted toward richer, more poetic pop arrangements with Five Seconds Flat (2022), without ever letting her voice disappear behind the production. With Ceilings she reached a larger audience, and on Older (2024) she again opts for sobriety and tension in the dynamics. Expect a set that whispers and delivers, with songs that linger thanks to melody and storytelling, not through adornment.
