Nicolas Jules marks 30 years of off-piste poetic and musical exploration. To date, he has delivered 2,700 concerts and about a dozen albums that do not seek to speak to everyone but to each individual. Alone or with others, he has created a body of work without a mask—surprising, singular, sensitive, blending drama and comedy. Punchy poetry and caressing rock.
Roland Bourbon has been beating his wild drums for more than fifteen years beside his friend, and one could say he is accustomed to wandering off the beaten track. Frédéric Jouhannet makes two violins from the eastern Martian lands dance with a singular joviality. Fabrice Barré, a newcomer to the bass clarinet, holds the keys to every level of melancholy and light beneath his fingertips.
