On November 5, 2026, Stephan Eicher checks into the Fuseaux venue in Saint-Dizier, with his 'Dust of Gold Tour'. Since his beginnings mixing punk, new wave and electronics with Grauzone, the Swiss musician has carved out a singular path, slipping naturally toward pop-rock and folk songs, carried by a discreet melancholy and arrangements that can be as spare as they are expansive.
On stage, Eicher navigates his repertoire as he has always done: without setting boundaries. French, German, English, Swiss German... the languages intertwine, at the service of songs that go straight to the lyrics and the music. His long-standing collaboration with Philippe Djian has left a strong imprint on his songs, between vivid imagery and restrained emotion. Expect a concert that plays on contrasts: the intimate and the electric, the singer-songwriter tradition and lusher pop colors, with that sense of depth he has honed since 'Silence', 'Engelberg' or 'Carcassonne' through to his more recent albums.
