Only You presents: Lio. First brought to public attention by her single “Banana Split,” Lio is an icon of Francophone pop. The release of “Banana Split” in 1979 paved the way for songs such as “Amoureux solitaires,” “Amicalement vôtre,” and “Week-end à Rome,” a duet with Étienne Daho. With 11 albums to her name, Lio returns with a 12th studio album, Geoid Party in the Sky. The record was born of a desire to return to her first loves and to pay tribute to the wonderful encounters life has given her.

Her new project brings together artists from the new generation of pop: Louane, Hoshi, Corine, Isia Marie, Betta Lemme, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Marie Darrieussecq and Sofia Portanet have all agreed to write for the Belgian‑Portuguese artist. Each song is built around a meeting and the passing on of experience, and addresses themes common to women of all generations. Lio will perform in concert in Lille at the Sébastopol Theatre on December 14, 2026.
