Anthony Kavanagh arrives with Jet Lag on January 23, 2027 at the Théâtre de la Gaîté Montparnasse in Paris. A Québécois comedian, singer and actor, he has shaped a physical, playful stand-up that is at ease with improv and shifts in tempo. On stage he blends microphone work, dance steps, music and impressions, with a storytelling sense that speaks to our era and its contradictions.

In Jet Lag, he explores the disjunctions that cross us: continents and accents, time zones and habits, technologies and relationships. His playground is language and codes — those moments when everything slips a notch and reveals something else. Between Quebec and France, he pulls on the thread of misunderstandings, cultural clashes and the small daily obsessions, without exaggerating or overdoing the gag.
