Anthony Kavanagh presents Jet Lag on January 14, 2027, at the Théâtre de la Gaîté Montparnasse in Paris. A comedian, actor and singer from Quebec, he mixes stand-up, impressions and musical touches, with a characteristic dose of improvisation. Jet Lag tackles displacements in all their forms: time zones, cultural clashes between Quebec and France, the gap between our desires and reality, and the small frictions of everyday life. Kavanagh unfolds the show in sequences, moving from one anecdote to the next, playing on accents, sketching characters and observing our contemporary reflexes with unvarnished honesty. Backed by years on stage on both sides of the Atlantic and a career spanning on-screen work, dubbing and comedy, he establishes a close rapport with the audience. A stand-up set that bets on tempo, physicality and an energy crafted for the stage.
