Ben Folds brings The Paper Airplane Request Tour to Brighton Dome, Brighton, on 26 November 2026. The American singer, songwriter and pianist first broke through with Ben Folds Five, where his piano anchored a blend of alternative rock and pop, before launching a solo path that runs from Rockin’ the Suburbs to What Matters Most. Alongside his albums, he has worked extensively with orchestras, serving as Artistic Advisor to the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center, and writes music for film, TV and theatre. He’s also an Emmy-nominated artist and a New York Times best-selling author.

This tour hands part of the setlist to the crowd. The concert unfolds in two halves: Folds opens with a planned selection, then switches to audience requests delivered as paper airplanes thrown to the stage.
