Tom Misch

On 8 June 2026 Tom Misch will perform at Melkweg in Amsterdam. The London-based producer, singer and guitarist weaves neo-soul, jazz-funk, hip-hop, R&B and pop into compact songs that leave plenty of room for groove and harmony. Since his first online releases and the Beat Tape mixtapes he has developed a sound in which warm guitar lines, soft keys and rhythms with rap DNA converge. Collaborations with the likes of Loyle Carner, Jordan Rakei and Yussef Dayes also shaped his live approach: tightly played, but open enough for improvisation.

On stage Misch moves effortlessly from instrumental passages to melodic hooks. Geography (2018) brought his soul-pop to a broad audience; What Kinda Music (2020), with Yussef Dayes, leaned toward jazz and broken beat. Under the alias Supershy he later explored a more dancefloor-oriented direction. With Full Circle (2026) he returns under his own name, with new tracks that combine his signature feel with lighter electronic textures. In Amsterdam those new songs will sit alongside favorites from his earlier work, in a set that subtly shifts between intimate and uptempo, with guitar and vocals as the anchor.
