Info
On November 26, 2026 at 6MIC in Aix-en-Provence, Eiffel takes the stage led by Romain Humeau, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Twelve albums to their name, a clear throughline: retaining the songs’ nerve while changing skins. The band moves outside conventional codes, nourished by influences ranging from Bowie, the Pixies, Lennon–McCartney and XTC to Bach, Brel, Coltrane, Depeche Mode and Aphex Twin, with pop, classical and Latin colors surfacing without affectation. Nearly a thousand concerts in France, Belgium and Quebec have forged a direct performance style and a genuine closeness with the Ahuris, the project’s devoted audience.
This tour will spotlight songs from La peur et le vent, announced for 2025 and written for the stage, mixed with landmarks like À tout moment la rue, Sous ton aile, Place de mon cœur, Tu vois loin, Sombre and Te revoir. A turn tinged with soul, 80s impulses and the tension of the present: Eiffel champions an organic sound, without machines, favoring a chiaroscuro dialogue that lets protest songs breathe as freely as expansive melodies. Airy lyrics, a warm voice, and a lineup that adapts to each piece: the band reshapes the material without losing the thread of the writing, with the energy of a rock act that plays up close.
