Benjamin Biolay has been a fixture on the French music scene for more than twenty years, with a pop‑rock nourished by melancholy and songs with many facets. With Le Disque Bleu, his eleventh and double album, he opens a new chapter conceived as a round trip between France and South America. Composed, written and recorded between Paris, Sète, Brussels, Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro, the record was shaped through encounters with Brazilian, Argentine and Paraguayan musicians and under the knowing eye of Pierre Jaconelli.
