Steph Strings will be at Le Trabendo in Paris on 28 March 2026. Originally from Melbourne, the Australian singer and guitarist crafts an organic folk sound where percussive fingerstyle, blues echoes and Celtic hues interact. Her writing draws on nature, emotion and travel, supported by a guitar approach that blends precise picking, struck rhythms and clear melodic lines. Revealed with the EP Lion in 2023, she has since been performing on stages around the world and has shared bills with The Cat Empire, Vance Joy and Ziggy Alberts, confirming a career already well under way. In 2024 she released Cradle Mountain, a more introspective EP that deepens her connection to the land and wide open spaces, moving between stripped-back ballads and denser acoustic textures. At Le Trabendo, Steph Strings will present this repertoire—situated between contemporary folk and Celtic heritage—carried by an attentive stage presence and a very physical sense of rhythm. A perfect occasion to discover up close an artist who advances at her own tempo, guitar in hand and her gaze turned toward the horizon.
