Pierre-Emmanuel Barré « Come-Back »

Pierre-Emmanuel Barré returns to the Bataclan in Paris on May 16, 2026 with "Come-Back." In this new show, the comedian projects himself into 2031 as a self-declared has-been and tries to play the game again. Rather than firing off punchlines, he turns the weapon on himself: he dissects his foretold decline, dismantles the codes of showbiz, voices his doubts aloud and turns every misstep into stage material. On stage, text, sound, visuals and makeshift contraptions answer one another in a taut, electric montage, oscillating between self-criticism and satire. Barré examines the comedian’s place in a world saturated with content, where everything is recycled and ages at speed. He puts himself front and center, not to boast but to observe the ruins with dry precision and a grating irony. "Come-Back" does not announce a triumph, but rather a clear-eyed attempt at reinvention, getting his hands dirty. A deliberately shaky comeback, because stopping is not an option for him.
