Info
Salvatore Adamo returns to the stage and will stop at L’Olympia Paris on Sunday, March 22, 2026. A Belgian-Italian singer-songwriter and a figure of French-language song since the 1960s, he spans generations with direct melodies and measured lyrics. His earworm choruses are on display here, from “Tombe la neige” to “Vous permettez, Monsieur,” via “Les filles du bord de mer” and “Mes mains sur tes hanches.” For this date he revisits his classics and also slips in more recent numbers, arranged in a contemporary orchestration that places the voice and the words at the centre.
Since his beginnings, Adamo has released album after album without losing the thread, remaining true to clear songwriting and understated arrangements. At the Olympia he presents himself more as a storyteller than a showman, with a way of letting the song breathe and conveying emotion without effects. It’s an occasion to measure the breadth of a repertoire that has accompanied different eras, between pieces we already know and new pages to discover, carried by the energy of an artist who continues to keep his songs alive on stage.
