Info
On April 2, 2027, Satinder Sartaaj brings his Sufi-leaning Punjabi folk and poetry-driven songwriting to Leeds Arena in Leeds. Known as much for his shayari as for his voice, he builds songs where language leads the melody: literary Punjabi phrasing, spiritual imagery, and stories that move between devotion, longing, and everyday emotion without losing their pop-song clarity.
Trained in music and deeply versed in Sufi vocal traditions, Sartaaj has a way of stretching a line, letting it breathe, then landing it back on a hook you can carry out of the room. Over the years, tracks like “Sai” and albums such as Rangrez - The Poet of Colors, Seasons of Sartaaj, Seven Rivers, Shayrana Sartaaj, and Travel Diaries have mapped out that balance between tradition and accessibility. This Leeds date is set up as a full, immersive live set: a chance to hear the words hit first, then the rhythm, then the collective sing-along that follows.
