Info
On March 27, 2027, Wende will perform at TivoliVredenburg (Utrecht) with a show that brings together her characteristic mix of chanson, pop, rock and theatrical performance. Since the early 2000s, she has been building a path that leans as much on song and lyrics as on performance and mise-en-scène, so a Wende concert often feels like an evening with a clearly defined dramatic arc.
Those who follow Wende hear how she starts from cabaret and Francophone chanson and later moves increasingly toward her own sound, with electronic timbres, sharp dynamics and a voice that stays close to the skin. Expect songs that whisper as much as they roar, with room for contrasts and surprising transitions. In Utrecht, all of that comes together: an artist who switches effortlessly between intimate and outspoken, with a stage language that is as important as the music.
