Info
On November 1, 2026, Kettama lands at History in Toronto with the kind of set that’s built for sweat, speed, and shared momentum. Based in Galway, Ireland, the producer and DJ comes out of a house scene shaped by rave DNA, and it shows in the way the tracks hit: fast and punchy, with breakbeat edges, flashes of trance, and subtle nods to UK garage.
In the booth, Kettama leans into direct, club-first pressure, stitching together tight drums, vocal loops, and those familiar 90s house piano stabs, then pushing it into darker, techno-leaning corners when the room’s ready. It’s the same energy that’s driven releases on indie labels like Steel City Dance Discs and the spirit of the G-TOWN parties back home, translated into a focused night where the mix stays moving and the groove stays sharp.
