Nais mit Herz & Seele

Herz & Seele x Nais. Sometimes the circle closes.

There are nights that hold a little more history. And this one belongs to that. For we have to go back more than 20 years—to Patze's first club, Wohlfahrt, the later Play. At a time when much was just getting started.

And at the center: Moonbootica.

KoweSix and Tobitob were among Patze's first bookings. He was, back then, one of the first to bring the two Hamburg-based artists to Stuttgart. What followed were a number of legendary nights. And it didn't stop at the club: Moonbootica also performed at Beach of Love in Heilbronn and at the Electric Stadium Festival in Kaiserslautern.

Over the years there has always been a friendly bond. People would see each other more or less often, but never lose sight of one another. And now, more than two decades later, the music brings us back together—this time on Fridas Pier. As a circle closes again after so many years.

Moonbootica have been hard to pigeonhole since 2002. House, Disco, Funk, Hip-Hop, Techno—anything that moves the floor is allowed. This attitude has accompanied KoweSix and Tobitob over the years: a distinct sound, their own Moonbootique label, countless releases and remixes, and festival stages from Time Warp to Love Parade to Ikarus.

And then: Nais.

An event series of Frida, with which Herz & Seele are now joining forces. Because the collaboration with Marius Lehnert and Fridas Pier has arrived there where, in our view, it has belonged for years. This year Frida has become more of a home for Herz & Seele—and we have a lot more planned together. The former cargo ship, with its lower deck, has become a fixed venue for electronic club culture in Stuttgart.

Joining also is Domenic D’Agnelli, a figure who has not been making electronic music just yesterday. The native Italian has been part of Munich's house, tech-house and minimal scene since the early days, was a resident at the first Ultraschall and already played support for Sven Väth residencies. Many know him as one of the minds behind Rave on Snow—a festival that has united electronic music and Saalbach for decades. To this day Domenic remains a fixture of the scene and releases, among other places, on Moon Harbour Recordings.

And then: Rahel.

Finally back with Herz & Seele. She belongs to our history and to the people who never really leave Herz & Seele—even if more time passes between two shared nights.

And of course, it wouldn't be Herz & Seele if we revealed everything in advance. One or two surprises will also be packed aboard the ship.
