Info
Ladies and Gentlemen! One of the most recognizable Polish metal bands returns to Kraków in its original lineup. On November 21, at Kraków's Klub Studio, Acid Drinkers will perform.
Acid Drinkers is a rock'n'roll band founded in 1989 in Poznań, over a bottle of cheap wine. For more than 35 years, the group has been building its standing on the scene, remaining today mature, seasoned and a formidable live machine. They have played over 2000 concerts in Poland and abroad. Their popularity has transcended the metal scene – for years they have operated on their own terms, blending heaviness, detachment and rock'n'roll swagger.
The core of the band is formed by four strong personalities: Titus (vocals, bass), guitarist Popcorn, drummer Ślimak, and Litza – co-founder, guitarist and composer. After Litza left in 1998, the band underwent numerous personnel and sonic changes, collaborating with many guitarists, and a particularly notable place in its history is held by the late Olass. Acid Drinkers have 17 studio albums, live albums and awards, including Fryderyk awards. Today they are back on stage with the lineup: Titus, Litza, Popcorn and Ślimak. After more than 25 years they returned to playing together, culminating in the Return of the Varran Tour across Poland's four largest cities. The Kwasożłopy are forging metal again and all signs indicate that this is not the last chapter in this story.
Diving Stove is a Warsaw-based thrash/heavy metal band whose music rests on live energy and a vigorous connection with the audience. Following the release of their debut album "Atavism," they played, among others, Mystic Festival, Antoniów Rock Fest, showcases at Music Week Poland and Great September, and also performed live in the Polish Radio studio and in Poznań alongside Sacred Reich. In 2026 the band entered a refreshed lineup with a new single "Byle nie zmądrzeć," which was released together with a music video.
