Info
On November 6, 2026, Mavado lands at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto for Mavado & Friends, his long-awaited return after eight years away and his first live arena date in the city. Expect a set built for big rooms: that signature mix of dark, melodic vocals and sharp deejay delivery that made him a key voice of 2000s dancehall.
From early anthems like “Real McKoy” to the era-defining run around Gangsta for Life: The Symphony of David Brooks and Mr. Brooks... A Better Tomorrow, Mavado’s catalog is made for singalongs as much as for raw, street-lit narratives. This show is set to move between dry, hard-hitting riddims and more reflective cuts, with room for guests to slide in and stretch the vibe across dancehall, rap, and everything in between, without losing that Kingston edge.
