Bear witness to foundational figures in dance music: Coki (DMZ), a pioneer of dubstep, and Lemon D, Valve Recordings co-founder alongside Dillinja.
This is a one-off: two titans of UK dance music on one bill at DEYA Brewing. Come and bear witness.
Coki (DMZ), a true pioneer of dubstep, helped lay its foundations through tracks like Night with Benga and Spongebob, recently taking to the stage with Fred Again.. at Alexandra Palace. Half of Digital Mystikz with Mala, and working alongside Loefah, their DMZ event was one of the key dances that spearheaded the dubstep movement, as well as the DMZ label.
Lemon D is a foundational artist of drum and bass. He co-founded Valve Recordings and co-designed the Valve Sound System alongside long-term partner Dillinja. He has released on labels such as Metalheadz, V Recordings, and his own Planet Earth.
Also on the bill is local scene mainstay AiredArchive, who has had a hand in some of the biggest draws in GL, including Mandidextrous and Baby T.
