Info
Nathan Carter comes to Fairfield Halls in Croydon (United Kingdom) on February 27, 2027 with his band for a set that sits right on the line between modern country and Irish folk tradition. Born in Liverpool to a family from Newry, he’s built his sound around that double culture: straightforward country songwriting, Celtic phrasing, and the kind of “country and Irish” repertoire made for singing along.
Onstage, Carter isn’t just a frontman: he plays too (accordion, guitar, piano), which gives the show a more hands-on, band-first feel, switching easily from tender ballads to familiar standards and well-chosen covers. If you know him for his take on “Wagon Wheel”, expect that spirit throughout the night: warm melodies, tight arrangements, and a setlist that draws from years of steady releases up to his most recent records.
