Info
La Tène is a Franco-Swiss experimental drone-folk band known for long, hypnotic, wordless compositions built from traditional folk instruments and repetition.
La Tène blends traditional folk melodies with minimalist drone, percussion, and subtle electronic textures. Their name references the Iron Age La Tène culture, reflecting an aesthetic that feels ancient and earthy. Their music often features extended, cyclical performances where traditional dance patterns dissolve into continuous, immersive pulses.
