Sombr comes to the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on May 31, 2027 with his You Are The Reason Tour, and it’s mainly an evening for fans of pop with rough edges and indie rock that dares to sound big. The 21-year-old New Yorker (Shane Boose) writes and co-produces everything himself, and that DIY core you’ll hear live: songs that feel close to the skin, but with a band that widens them to arena scale. Expect a set driven by vulnerability and tension, with room for the breakout “Back to Friends” and material from I Barely Know Her, plus the recent single “My Body Isn’t Ready,” in which he pours his insecurities directly into melodies.
Ravyn Lenae brings her own world to the bill as the second name on the lineup: airy, precise alt-R&B from Chicago, where neo-soul and atmospheric pop subtly fold into one another. Her voice remains often small and clear, even when the arrangements widen, as on Bird’s Eye and the debut Hypnos. Together this promises an evening of big choruses and meticulous detail.
