On November 10, 2026, at The Park Theatre in Winnipeg, Korpiklaani bring their Finnish folk metal party to town. Born from a folk-first path (before the band name settled in 2003), their live sound is built on tight, driving riffs and big group choruses, but it’s the acoustic side that makes the difference: violin and accordion lines, dance-ready rhythms rooted in humppa and Nordic folk, and themes that keep circling back to nature, legends and nights that feel like they could go on forever. With a long run of records from Spirit of the Forest to Rankarumpu, expect a set that swings between raw metal momentum and traditional melodies without losing the groove.
Crimson Shadows open the night with a Canadian take on modern metal that crashes melodic death, power metal and technical edge into the same charge.
