Twenty-five years after the release of 1st Born Second, Bilal brings the album to life on stage—the one that propelled him into the neo-soul scene of the early 2000s and into the Soulquarians circle, that constellation of musicians and producers who changed the way we understand soul, hip hop and jazz. On Thursday, December 3, 2026, at Arci Biko in Milan, the American artist returns to tour with a full-band show designed to retrace that debut: elastic grooves, jazzy harmonies, falsettos, and a way of singing that slides between R&B, funk and reggae-inflected detours. In the setlist, the key moments of the album are expected to feature, including the energy of Soul Sista and tracks built to sustain a live performance, as well as his penchant for collaborations that have marked his career, spanning intersections with the hip hop scene and contemporary soul. An opportunity to see Bilal again at the point where it all began, but with the freedom and the experience of a path that over the years has become increasingly personal and experimental.
