Ezra Collective bring their album launch to the seaside with a party built for movement: on September 20, 2026 at Concorde 2 in Brighton, the London quintet celebrate Here Because of Hope in the way they know best, by turning new material into a live, sweat-friendly set.
Born out of the Tomorrow’s Warriors scene, the band’s chemistry is the whole point: Femi Koleoso on drums driving tight, elastic grooves, with TJ Koleoso, Joe Armon-Jones, Ife Ogunjobi and James Mollison locking into that fast-thinking, collective interplay that made their name. Expect contemporary jazz that happily collides with afrobeat, hip-hop, soul, dub and Caribbean flavours, shifting between instrumentals and moments that open up to voices and spoken-word energy. This launch isn’t about a polite listen-through; it’s about hearing the record take shape in real time, loud, rhythmic, and shared.
