On October 9, 2026, LakeWave will kick off its inaugural edition at Fridas Pier in Stuttgart, clearly techno-leaning in musical direction. At the center is Teenage Mutants: the Mainz-based project that has evolved from house-adjacent beginnings into a darker, melodic techno aesthetic. Their tracks and sets tend to build tension, working with punchy bass, long transitions, and a progressive dramaturgy rather than rapid effects — precisely the kind of sound that works on the dancefloor over time.
A supporting block follows, pushing the night in different directions: Bjørnson delivers the right propulsion as a German techno DJ and producer, while Nika b2b INU and Sayuri bridge between driving grooves, percussive energy, and hypnotic moments. All in all, a crew that relies on consistent sets and focuses on the flow—from the first tension curve to the last peak.
